At FlashChat, we respect your privacy and give you full control over the data we process via the Meta Graph API. According to Meta's policies, we provide this page to assist you in removing your data from our platform across Instagram and Facebook.
Quick Summary: You can delete all your data by simply clicking "Disconnect" in your Dashboard or by emailing our support team.
This is the fastest way to remove your integration and associated data:
1. Log in to your Dashboard at flashchat.in/dashboard.html.
2. Navigate to the "Channels" or "Meta Connection" section.
3. Click the "Disconnect Instagram" button.
4. This will immediately revoke our access tokens and mark your Instagram ID for deletion from our database.
You can also remove our app's permissions directly through your Facebook account:
1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Look for Business Integrations.
3. Find FlashChat and click 'Remove'.
4. This will stop Facebook from sending any further data to our servers.
If you wish to ensure that 100% of your account data (including email and billing history) is purged from our systems, please email us:
