FlashChat provides software tools that allow businesses to automate responses to comments, Direct Messages, and interactions on connected platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. We act solely as a software provider and are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
By connecting your Instagram or Facebook accounts to FlashChat, you explicitly agree to comply with all of Meta's Developer Policies, Community Standards, and Terms of Service. You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. FlashChat cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
In no event shall FlashChat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or violate third-party platform rules.
